Having first built in Pecanwood16 years ago, I’ve seen the Estate and Golf Course rated in the top 5 and then feel the pinch as the economy took a downward turn.

The great news is that Pecanwood is working its way back up there!

From the time Pecanwood Home Owners Association took over the Estate in November last year there are so many great things happening. It was a great privilege to be involved in the décor and refurbishment of the clubhouse.

BEFORE

The restaurant and banquet hall with its tired furnishings has undergone a complete face-lift!

The bar, modeled on the Sun City bar was brought back to life!

AFTER

The timing of the completion was great as it was ready for the Xmas rush.
It’s great to see so many people flooding back to this wonderful environment and enjoying the comfort of our newly refurbished clubhouse!
